Do I have to have a mobile phone for this program?
Yes, this program is app-based for a reason: if you have your phone with you, you can learn the day’s information and do the day’s challenge anywhere you have an internet connection (the videos are based on Youtube).
Simplicity is the idea here–so you can be successful!

How long are the video lessons?
About 3 minutes, give or take. The Sunday Sabbath meditation is about 10 minutes–with no challenge, but it will sneak a change of mindset that will support what you’ve learned through the week.
Who is this program for?
This challenge is for those who don’t know where to start in getting to better health. But more importantly you will dig into why you do or don’t do what you do.
Each day has a challenge, and if you follow the challenge, you will soon be naturally making better choices in food, exercise, and self-care.
Eventually, we will bypass the beginner’s mind and jump to digestion issues, cleansing, and other self-care practices you have likely never considered.
To get the most from this program, you must be willing to do a little work in the kitchen–but not much; my goal in the kitchen is to eat healthily while usually only spending about 30 minutes in meal preparation. And it must taste good!
You must be willing to change; you can’t have one foot in Babylon and the other in Zion. Well, maybe a little–you’ll see inside what I mean.
You’ll do well to be good with spiritual ideas referring to God–here and there.
What stops us from good all-around health?
We’ve wandered so far from the basics. In eating, exercise, and self-care.
It seems the ultimate goal in the world is solely to accomplish: which means quick, unhealthy meals, little to no exercise, and self-care meaning that which takes you to the top–not that which rejuvenates and refills you.
Every argument exists for and against the various diets, food groups, health advice. It’s enough to make your head spin. Some people insist their diet is best–and it probably is: FOR THEM. But what’s best for YOU?
Families are busier than ever, despite our advances that should be making life easier and more effortless. We must not allow everything around us- from busyness to bad influences everywhere to simple ignorance to stop us from living our best lives–the one where you feel good! Where life flows smoothly, and where you praise God because you can do what you want because you’ve become a liver- one who cares enough about your liver to truly live. Come along with me–I’ll show you how you can be your best!
What if I can’t do all the challenges?
Life is about small, incremental growth. But as some challenges come along, you must decide if this is for you: use your intuition–as we’ll talk more about in the challenge. Don’t worry if you can’t get them all in– just do what you can. (And keep in the back of your mind lessons for future implementation– if you need it in your life, you’ll find a way to get it.)
Is there a place to discuss the concepts and challenges of Honeydew Health in 91?
Yes. Isn’t it nice to come together as a community to clarify things and find out other’s experiences and opinions? You may have your own thoughts about ideas in the challenge–I am always learning and adding to my knowledge base, and I’d love to hear your thoughts. Your instructor’s learning:
For the past 15 years, I’ve daily searched the principles of good health (because I think it’s so fun!).
I received my BS from Brigham Young University in business, and now I claim that health is my business!
I’ve had the perfect mentors along the way, both of body, heart, and mind. And my life is so wonderful today in so many ways because of them.
I believe I am able to be what God and I intended, and I’m so thankful for what I can share with you.
Why 91?
Well, because Artificial Intelligence told me to! I noticed in my garden, it takes about 90 days to grow a melon. Also, a few health experts reported that it takes about 90 days to renew your liver to better health. I combined the two together (with the help of ChatGPT!) and that’s when Honeydew Health in 91 was born.

Troubleshooting:
Your email: Make sure you consistently use the same email address everywhere you are prompted; from the checkout page, to which account you are logged into on the Google Play store, to the email you use to register and login to the app.
I can’t get past the purchase page.
A: Click lower on the screen to fill out your name and address. Below that, you can complete the purchase, which will redirect you to the welcome page of Honeydew Health in 91.
Why will the app videos not play?
A: Are you on the correct day? The app is activated on the Monday after you sign up–and daily thereafter: this is to keep you organized on the correct day. Simplicity is key!
A: You must have a strong enough internet connection for a Youtube video.
Note again: many issues can be resolved by making sure you are using a consistent email address, including the one you are logged into on the Google Play Store (click on your picture at the top right of the screen to see which account you are using).
